Located near the Campus Cafe at the Wausau campus, our multi-sport simulator is ready for you to play:

  • Archery
  • Basketball
  • Bean Bags
  • Carnival Games
  • Golf
  • Hockey
  • Shooting – aliens, boars and more
  • Soccer
  • Zombie Dodgeball

Why not challenge your classmates to a friendly match or try out a sport you’ve never experienced before? It’s a great way to stay active, relieve stress and even make new friends. Plus, with our wide range of sports and games, you’ll never get bored!

Eligibility

  • Currently enrolled NTC and UWSP-Wausau students.
  • Current NTC and UWSP-Wausau employees.
  • Anyone making a reservation may be asked to verify their affiliation before approval and/or use.
  • Please note due to increased demand and equipment wear and tear, the simulator is no longer available for public use.

Reservation Guidelines

  • All simulator use must be reserved in advance using the Microsoft Booking system.
  • Reservations are approved on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Priority may be given to college-affiliated events. These include but are not limited to:
    • academic/class-related use
    • college or club sponsored events
    • K-12 partner programming
    • student training or career exploration activities
  • The person making the reservation is responsible for:
    • arriving on time
    • using the simulator appropriately
    • following all posted  rules and staff instructions
    • leaving the space and equipment in good condition
    • reporting any problems or damages to staff upon check out
    • canceling at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late arrival may result in shortened session time or cancellation.
  • Repeated no shows or misuse may result in loss of reservation privileges.

Rules for Use

  • Food and drinks are note allowed near the simulator unless specifically approved.
  • Users must follow all safety and operating instructions.
  • Only approved participants may use the simulator during the reservation time.
  • Any malfunction or damage must be reported immediately.

Cancellation Policy

  • Users should cancel at least 24 hours in advance if they can no longer attend.
  • Repeated no shows may result in temporary or permanent suspension of reservation privileges.
  • NTC reserves the right to cancel or deny reservations based on misuse, staffing, maintenance needs or institutional priorities.

Reservation Process

Step 1: Submit a Request

Eligible users must submit a reservation request via Bookings using the linked text above.

Requests should include:

  • First and last name
  • NTC or UWSP-Wausau affiliated email address
  • Phone number and address
  • Requested date and time

Step 2: Approval

Requestor receives a confirmation email with:

  • Approved date and time
  • Usage expectations
  • Check-in instructions
  • Cancellation policy

Note: The reservation system issues an automatic approval when reservations meet the eligibility criteria. However, if an issue or discrepancy is discovered, NTC reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any time.

Step 3: Day-of Check In

  • Check in at the Campus Store + Student Life before using the simulator.
  • Present an ID verifying affiliation with NTC or UWSP-Wausau.
  • First-time users may need a brief orientation.

Step 4: Post-use Review

Please alert staff to any issues or damage upon check out. Staff will then inspect the simulator and equipment to note any additional concerns.
