Student Life recognizes the time and effort you put into your campus involvement. To highlight and celebrate your accomplishments student clubs and advisors will be invited to attend the annual Student Recognition Banquet on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. Student clubs are encouraged to apply for the awards listed below. Deadline to submit to is Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
Student Club Advisor Award
A club advisor is an integral part of student clubs, serving as a resource person, encourager, mentor, and even friend. Honor your club advisor(s) by nominating him/her/them for the Outstanding Student Club Advisor Award! The recipient will be honored with a $250 cash award and individual plaque. Only one advisor may be selected for this nomination. Please write individual nominations as team nominations will not be considered. Submit online Club Advisor nomination form.
Club Member of the Year Award
Do you have non-officer club member who is always there for your club? Take this opportunity to recognize their efforts. If a student is listed on your Spring Club Plan of Action as an officer, they are ineligible to receive this award. Submit online Club Member nomination form.
Club Officer of the Year Award
This award is presented to the student who has demonstrated exemplary leadership through involvement in your club and within the NTC community. This student must be listed as an officer/leader on your Spring Club Plan of Action. Submit online Club Officer nomination form.
Outstanding Student Group: Academic Achievement Award
The nominated club with the highest cumulative GPA for its officers will be awarded this honor. Submit online Academic Achievement nomination form.
Outstanding Student Group: Community Service Award
This award recognizes clubs exhibiting a tremendous dedication to community service and involvement. Submit online Community Service nomination form. (MS Word Version)
Submit Club Photographs
One of the most loved parts of the banquet is seeing pictures and highlights of the clubs’ year. Help make that possible by submitting your photos! Send to student@ntc.edu. Be sure to include your club name, who is in the photo, and what the photo is from. To be considered for use with the banquet, submit by Friday, April 3.
